Welcome to MooLu®️

I love using unique and colourful fabrics in my designs, but the most important thing is that they are fit for purpose, strong and of the highest quality.

I only use Aluminum Alu-Max side release buckles. These are the best quality on the market.

The thread used is extremely strong and even rot resistant. You'll notice I use box stitches, these are one of, if not, the strongest stitches used.

Martingales I make also have added strength with metal rivets.

A little about MooLu®️

MooLu®️ is now 3 years old!

It all started as a hobby during lockdown and has grown ever since.

I have worked with dogs for over 17 years. Including rescue, boarding kennels and having my own dog walking business.

I've always loved treating my own dogs but always found the dog collars and accessories lacking in pet shops (a bit boring if you ask me and lacking in quality)

So now I get to create and design my own! From vibrant fabrics, water resistant designs and of course our luxury Harris Tweed®️ collection.

The MooLu®️ logo was created from photo of my first dog Max, making it extremely special to me.

I currently have three dogs - Luna, a rescue german shepherd, Tig, a pharaoh hound who I show and then theres Jax, a little Spanish rescue. Not forgetting Opie, the cornish rex cat, I can't leave him out!

Thanks for reading, Rachael or otherwise known as Mrs MooLu®️

FAQs

How Long Does it take to recieve my order?

We try our very best to make the items within 10 working days after your order has been placed and aim to have them shipped out the following day. Sometimes this may take slightly longer, but we will notify you via email and let you know and if there is an issue we can refund you.
Please note that if Harris tweed® Leads are ordered there can be a slightly longer lead time as we may need to purchase more fabric from the suppliers in longer widths. Again we will contact you to let you know to make sure you are okay with this.

Which countries do you ship to?

We offer shipping to all of the UK and also international shipping too.
Shipping times to international addresses can vary depending on where the product is being sent to and the efficiency of the postal services in your country.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do accept returns. If you receive the item and it is not what you ordered or as described or damaged in anyway we will refund you in full or arrange for a replacement.

If you receive a product and it is the wrong fit or the colour is not as you thought due to variations in monitors and specifically the cut of the Harris Tweed® fabric, we will still accept returns providing the product is unworn (apart from trying on your dog) and undamaged.

Postage cost will have to be covered by the customer and be sent via a signed for service and refund for the product only will be sent upon receival. We can not refund the initial postage costs unfortunately.

Please contact us via our contact form with your order details and we will get back to you asap.

How do i find out my dogs neck size?

The best way to order the right size dog collar for your dog is to measure your dog’s neck size first.
To measure your dog, use a cloth or flexible steel tape measure. Circle around the thick part of your dog’s neck, about an inch above the chest of the dog while holding two adult fingers (two for large breeds, one for small breeds) on the inside of the tape measured area. Holding your fingers inside the measured area will leave some comfort room for your dog.  Record this measurement as your dog’s neck size. Do not add any to this.
